We currently accept payments in Euros and other international currencies via bank transfer through our Revolut account.
At present, we are unable to accept debit or credit card payments.
Cash payments may be accepted for certain services where appropriate.
Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking and will also be included on your invoice. A full breakdown of fees, together with payment instructions, will be supplied prior to the commencement of any service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for one-off services is required in advance or on the day the service is provided.
For clients on recurring service plans, invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due then

We are Paulo and Sue, and our journey here began just like many of yours—with a deep love for the Silver Coast's rugged beauty and its welcoming spirit. Paulo, born in Portugal but spent the majority of his life in the UK, he brings local knowledge and a cultural bridge to our services. Sue, originally from the UK, understands first-hand the challenges and joys of making a life in this beautiful corner of the world. Together, we found that our combined experiences created something special: a way to help others navigate the complexities of property and life in Portugal with ease and confidence.
Why We Started Local Support
We saw families struggling from afar to care for their holiday homes, and expats feeling overwhelmed by the maze of local bureaucracy. We also noticed a gap for truly personal, English-speaking companionship for the retired community.
We started this service because we believe no one should feel alone in a foreign country. We wanted to be the 'people on the ground' that you can trust like family, someone to check on your house, explain that confusing letter from Finanças, or simply enjoy a coffee and a walk with a loved one who needs a friendly face.
